Ryuushika Ryuushika!

Ryuushika Ryuushika, by far my newest favorite manga. :) It stars the curious, and crative mind of a small Japanese girl, Ryuushika (or, according to her father, Kimika). Her little mind is full of some... interesting.... views of the world .-. Like  one chapter, where she sees his brother's sleeping pet chameleon, Hamzou. Hamzou wasn't blending into his surroundings like he normally did, rather, he was a pastel green. Ryuushika then asked if Hamzou was dreaming of green tea ice cream.... Yes. This child.
What I love about this manga, is that she reminds me of myself. As a child, and who I am now. I'm still curious and fascinated about the world (I'm only a teen). My friends saw me reading this manga one day, and said she was deranged.... Like me, and that what she thinks is a legitimate answer in her world, is where that answer is ever going to be legitimate.... Like my world! :D
-Sigh- Just goes to show I still have a mind of a child, as I am at heart.
I recommend this manga to anyone who loves reading the possibilities out there, no matter how overrated, or  crazy... Also to people who love to read or learn about what curiosities kids have for things, and what their imaginations can lead them to thinking :)

Criminal Minds.

Yes, this show is called Criminal Minds.
I've grown a liking to psychology, and human behavioral analysis. Criminal Minds helps me grow this love for psychology. Basically, it stars a team from the FBI: BAU, (Behavioral Analysis Unit) and they capture the killer(s) through their behavior, rituals, and any other thing that may indicate who that person may be. This show made me realize that not always will there be a Good-Bad, rather a lighter gray, and a darker gray. Bad, but still not as bad as another thing.
My favorite people of the group are Spencer Reid, and Derrick Morgan.
Spencer is the one you can look to for facts. Born in Vegas, and with a sad past filled with murder, and psychological conflicts, I must say, he's very strong emotionally and mentally... (Sadly, if it weren't for his brain, he wouldn't have been chosen to be in the FBI)
Derrick Morgan is kind of like his opposite. He acts more on instinct, and what he feels is right. He also has physical strength to go along with his brains. Born and raised in Chicago, he had a bad past being a delinquent, and steadily made his way as a college football star.
I love Criminal Minds since it's entertaining and keeps you on the edge of your seat.... or... mattress... wherever you'd be watching it. I recommend this show to anyone interested in action, suspense, or psychology/behavioral analysis.
All in all, I'd watch this as many times as I can!

So... Hi... and stuff..

So, it's been a year since I've posted anything up on this old blog of mine... (Yes, it was for school, do I didn't think to look back at it.)
Anyways, I've done a lot of growing up... even if it's just been a year.
Well anyways, after this post, will be another post, of one of my favorite shows :)
